These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yewa Earth website and your purchase of products from Yewa Earth, a brand owned and operated by VitaNaturae Agri Trading and Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Products
Yewa Earth sells natural and organic food products, currently including ghee and spices. Product descriptions, weights, and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur naturally due to the handmade and organic nature of our products.
2. Orders and Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of ₹750 applies to all orders placed through our website. Orders below this threshold cannot be processed. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including shipping address and contact details) is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment made will be refunded in full.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order through the payment methods available on our website. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice, though this will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Shipping
We currently ship pan-India only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products
As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your package arrives damaged in transit, we will send a replacement free of cost, provided you contact us at sales@yewaearth.com with valid proof of damage within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are set out in our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Product Storage and Use
Our ghee and spices are natural food products. We recommend following any storage instructions provided on the product packaging or our website to preserve freshness and quality. We are not responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the Yewa Earth name, logo, brand assets, product descriptions, images, and text, is the property of VitaNaturae Agri Trading and Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and provision of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or placing an order after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
