Traditional Buffalo Ghee

Our buffalo ghee comes from the milk of grass-fed buffalo, raised without synthetic hormones or antibiotics. We follow the same curd-churning process used for generations — curd is set, churned using machines built to replicate the traditional bilona motion, and slow-simmered on low heat to preserve its natural aroma, deep golden colour, and nutrients.

Buffalo milk gives this ghee a richer, creamier texture and a higher smoke point than cow ghee — making it ideal for frying, deep cooking, and traditional sweets, while still working beautifully for everyday tempering and a daily spoonful.
